Pre-Reservations

    A pre-reservation may be made with a payment of $500 USD to secure a tentative reservation or credit toward a future fishing trip.

    The $500 USD pre-reservation payment is non-refundable.

    The amount paid for a pre-reservation may be applied as credit toward the corresponding fishing trip, subject to availability and the terms of the reservation.

    If the Client wishes to cancel, change, transfer, or reschedule the pre-reservation, the Client must notify Cedros Sportfishing With Toro at least one (1) month before the scheduled trip date.

    If the Client fails to provide the required notice of cancellation, change, transfer, or rescheduling at least one (1) month in advance, the $500 USD pre-reservation payment will be forfeited and the corresponding credit will be lost.

    Pre-Booking (Spot Hold)

    A Pre-Booking reserves your spot with no deposit required. You will have seven (7) days from the time of your Pre-Booking to complete payment and confirm your reservation.

    If payment is not received within seven (7) days, your Pre-Booking will be automatically cancelled and your spot released. A reminder email will be sent two (2) days before your deadline.

    Once payment is completed, the standard deposit and cancellation terms on this page apply to your confirmed booking.

    A Pre-Booking is separate from a Pre-Reservation (above) and is not subject to the $500 USD pre-reservation terms.

    Cancellation, Transfer, Name Change and Rescheduling Policy

    The Client may request one (1) change only to an existing reservation.

    This one-time change may consist of:

    • Transferring the reservation to another person;
    • Changing the name of the person making the reservation;
    • Rescheduling the fishing trip to another available date; or
    • A combination of the above, provided that the request constitutes only one reservation change.

    Any such request must be made at least one (1) month before the scheduled fishing trip date.

    Requests made less than one month before the scheduled trip will be considered a last-minute cancellation or change and will be subject to the corresponding policy described below.

    All transfers, name changes, and rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved by Cedros Sportfishing With Toro.

    Once the one-time change has been used, no additional transfer, name change, or rescheduling will be permitted unless expressly authorized by Cedros Sportfishing With Toro.

    Refund Policy

    The Client may request a refund of the amount paid, excluding any fees charged for online payment processing, provided that the cancellation request is submitted at least three (3) months before the scheduled fishing trip date.

    Any applicable online payment processing fee is non-refundable because such fee is charged by the payment platform or financial service provider and is not retained by Cedros Sportfishing With Toro.

    Refund requests made less than three months before the scheduled trip will not qualify for a cash refund and will instead be subject to the transfer, rescheduling, or cancellation policies established on this page.

    All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

    Cancellations Made at Least One Month in Advance

    If the Client cancels, requests a name change, transfer, or rescheduling at least one (1) month before the scheduled trip, the Client may exercise the one-time change permitted under this policy, subject to availability.

    If the Client is eligible for a refund under the three-month cancellation policy, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy above.

    If the cancellation occurs between three months and one month before the scheduled trip, the amount paid may be transferred or rescheduled once, subject to availability, but will not qualify for a cash refund unless otherwise authorized in writing by Cedros Sportfishing With Toro.

    Last-Minute Cancellations

    Cancellations or changes made less than one (1) month before the scheduled fishing trip will be considered last-minute cancellations.

    In the event of a last-minute cancellation, the Client will be subject to a 20% penalty calculated on the amount of the deposit paid for the reservation.

    The remaining eligible amount, if any, may be maintained as a credit for a future fishing trip, subject to availability and the conditions established by Cedros Sportfishing With Toro.

    Any credit generated as a result of a last-minute cancellation will have a validity of one (1) year from the original scheduled trip date and must be used within that period.

    The credit will expire automatically after one year and will not be refundable or transferable after its expiration.

    A last-minute cancellation does not automatically entitle the Client to a cash refund.

    No-Shows

    If the Client or any member of their group fails to appear for the scheduled fishing trip without providing the required notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show.

    A no-show will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and will be subject to the applicable 20% penalty on the amount of the deposit paid, as well as the one-year validity period applicable to any remaining credit, if applicable.

    Weather & Airline Delays

    Cedros Sportfishing With Toro is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or schedule changes caused by the airline or by weather conditions. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment.

    Booking Fee

    All reservations include a 3.5% booking fee, which is included in your total charge and is non-refundable.
